Senior Associate
Tzun-Tzien graduated with a Bachelors of Law (Honours) degree, and was admitted to the roll of Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2015.
After being called to the Bar, he has been predominantly involved in civil litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of general civil litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, property and tenancy disputes, contractual disputes, employment matters, shareholders disputes, tortious claims including defamation, industrial and personal injury claims and insurance law related disputes. He also acted for clients in a range of matrimonial related disputes, including divorce, matrimonial assets division, child custody, and variation of ancillary orders. Tzun-Tzien has also acted for clients in non-contentious matters, including but not limited to drafting of corporate and commercial agreements, wills, tenancy agreements, and assisted clients in their applications for probates and letters of administration, and deputyship under the Mental Capacity Act.
Tzun-Tzien also spent time in the civil service, wherein he was appointed a Tribunal Magistrate in the Community Justice and Tribunal Division of the State Courts of Singapore.
Tzun Tzien is now a Senior Legal Associate in Advance Law LLC, where he has since resumed his work in general civil litigation.
Mr Ng graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Singapore Management University and was later admitted to the Roll of Advocates and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
