Sim Hui Shien, Adeline

Adeline graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and was called to the Singapore bar and admitted to the roll of Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014. She identified her passion in conveyancing early on and joined the Real Estate practice upon getting called.

Adeline was made Director of Advance Law LLC in 2019 at the age of 29, and currently heads the conveyancing department. She has a wealth of experience in both private and HDB property transactions, including purchase, sale, refinancing, and transfers pursuant to divorce proceedings and estate matters. She has also acted for both financial institutions and CPF Board, making her experienced in every aspect of a property transaction. Notably, Adeline has personally handled high-value property contracts, as well as complex matters such as amalgamations, JTC property transactions and purchase of HDB recess area.
